Madisono's Chocolate Gelato base


We at Madisono's think it's important to keep as much of the gelato making process in our control. We make all our bases from scratch because it makes a better tasting product, which is obviously very important to us and to our customers.

This is what it looks like when we start the cooking process of our chocolate base. Those dark brown circles are the chips floating around. Cool looking, huh?
